1. Press the “Deposit” button and chose your mobile service provider. Currently, O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone are available.

  2. Enter the amount of money you wish to deposit, and the phone number.

  3. Enter the code you will receive on your mobile phone.

  4. Your balance will be topped up instantly.

Please note, some mobile operators sites can give you an SSL/TLS error on newer hardware or operating systems. That is because these sites use depreciated TLS 1.0 protocol. However, this error can be easily passed over. Just press “Show details” button. Do not press “Back to safety” button! Then lower on the page press “Proceed to *website* (unsafe)” link.

Please also note, sometimes mobile service providers can limit or deny the possibility of using your phone balance to pay for third party services. Please, contact your mobile service operator to check, if you have such limitation, if you cannot make a deposit, before contacting our support.
