Your Warranties

1.2.1. You warrant and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties, all of which are material at the time of your entering into this Agreement and throughout the currency hereof, that you:

Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension

1.3.1. We may refuse to register you as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a Player from the Casino at any time if we deem that your participation at the Casino is, shall be or has been previously, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, collusive, or in any way irregular.

1.3.2. You acknowledge hereby that the Casino is not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.

1.3.3. If becomes aware that a player is underage, we will, except where there are grounds to believe that a fraud has been perpetrated:

  • Suspend the account immediately;

  • Refund the value of all deposits net of withdrawals; and

  • Close the account.

1.3.4. If you feel that you are losing control of your play and would like help by restricting access to our casinos, you may choose to be excluded from the casinos for either 24 hours 1,3 or 6 months. Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension

Money Laundering

1.5.1. 1.5.4. In order to assist in the prevention of money laundering:

The Service

2.1. The Service and the Software are provided "as is". We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service or the Software.

2.2. We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.

2.3. We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty, but we will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs you should report the fault by e-mail or in writing to Customer Support.

2.4. It is your responsibility to protect your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.

2.5. We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.

2.6. In the event of a Casino system malfunction all bets are void.

Password security

2.8.1 Users are advised to choose a strong and non-predictable password for the purpose of account security. Users are responsible for ensuring the safe-keeping of said password.

Rules of Play

5.1. In addition to these Terms and Conditions certain Rules of Play shall apply to you and be binding upon you in respect of your participation at the Casino.

5.3 Live Casino

  • When playing in Live Casino, the player is allowed to play at only one table at a time. Playing at multiple tables at the same time is strictly forbidden.

You shall not employ or make use of any system or artificial intelligence software including but not limited to hardware, software, or any other automated systems designed specifically to exploit our software. We will not honour any bets in which you have employed or made use of such systems or artificial intelligence software.

5.4.9. Winnings will be credited to the Account following confirmation of the result by our traders.

5.4.10. The maximum payout for each bet/ticket to a Player is €75,000 for any amount placed and for any type of bet, whether it be a single, multiple or a system bet. In the case of a system bet, for example: if the sum of the payout of any winning column exceeds the limit of €75,000, Casino will credit the user no more than €75,000.00 in total. If it turns out that a Player (registered in any region) has opened several accounts and has placed the same bet several times, the winning limit applies to the total of the winnings gained from these bets.

5.4.11. In specific situations, special betting rules would apply to certain types of sports and betting markets. These special betting rules will in such cases have precedence over these T&C;

5.4.12. You declare upon the placement of bets:

The Account shall thereafter be closed, and the remaining funds in the Account can be paid out.

5.4.16. Suspicion of manipulation or betting fraud is, in particular, deemed to be present if one or more of the following criteria have been met:

  • Staked funds on betting events with an unusual outcome

  • Staked funds with unusually high payout results

  • Multiple betting with unusual matches/leagues

  • Staged bets with the same or pronounced changes in combinations

  • Betting which suggests a group of betters are connected in terms of time and content

5.4.17. Casino reserves the right to revoke a Player's privilege if a Player has placed identical bets with two/or more accounts. This might lead to the confiscation of winnings and cancellation of all placed bets, including already determined bets.

5.4.18. The settlement of bets shall be performed after the ranking is announced. In the event of the suspicion of fraud in relation to match-fixing of a particular event, Casino reserves the right to settle the funds after any investigations are complete. Disputed settlements or amounts credited for winnings, regardless of the type, must be received in writing (by mail, fax or email) no later than 14 days after the settlement of the bet at Casino.

5.4.19. It is the responsibility of the Player to report any amount credited to his account by mistake immediately. All winnings occurring as a result of such error or mistake are considered invalid despite the circumstances, and as such Casino has the right to revoke all mistakenly credited funds.

5.4.20. Casino reserves the right to correct any obvious errors or mistakes and to take the necessary steps to provide a fair and transparent service for users. An obvious error could be made as a result of human error or system-related technical problems which might lead to incorrect information published on the website. 5.4.25. Match-fixing:

You hereby agree that any legal proceedings to enforce any claim that you may have (if any) against the Casino shall be initiated by you within a period of 6 (six) months of the cause of action arising (the "Prescription Period"); failing which you hereby forever waive and abandon any right that you may have to enforce such claim after the Prescription Period and confirm that on the expiry of the Prescription Period the said claim shall be void, waived and abandoned in law.

14.2 Casino reserves the right to translate the T&C (including sporting and betting rules) into other selected languages. The English version of the T&Cs will always prevail, should it transpire that there is a discrepancy in the translated content of the terms and conditions, from the original English content. This also applies to any game or text on the website, as well as any information concerning bonus programs, betting rules, marketing campaigns and other related issues.
